Scott loves yoga. Honestly, he can’t imagine his life without it. Its healing and strengthening properties are what drew him to it and keep him coming back to the mat. The integration of body, mind, and spirit are what fascinates Scott, and what fuel his continued study and practice. His enthusiasm, passion, dedication, and integrity are apparent in his classes and day-to-day life. He believes in taking yoga ‘off the mat’, though he loves to be on his mat! Scott has completed the intensive 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Education Programs at Octopus Garden, as well as a 30 hour Restorative training. He has deep gratitude to his mentors, Pat Harada Linfoot and Scott Davis, for their ongoing guidance and support.
