Rami

Rami’s classes are grounded in mindful practice, breath, and postures sequenced to cultivate balance and resilience. She became acquainted with yoga as a kid on Vancouver Island, and took up the practice in earnest in Toronto around 2006. Following years of yoga and meditation practice, she completed 500 hours of teacher training at Octopus Garden in 2014. Rami also has 40+ hours of restorative yoga training from Octopus Garden, and pre- and post-natal training from Esther Myers Yoga Studio.
