Kelly

Kelly completed Breathe Yoga Studio’s 300 hr teacher training program in 2014 and subsequently completed Breathe’s Mentorship program. She has been practicing yoga since 2005 and has had a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practice for the past several years. She teaches challenging Vinyasa Flow classes influenced by her Ashtanga practice and assists in the Mysore room at Breathe. She has also completed a Yoga for Seniors teacher training, several Thai Massage workshops as well as several Ashtanga Yoga training courses. It is her great pleasure to share the experience of Yoga with her students as well as continue on her own path as a dedicated student.
