Emma

Emma has been practicing yoga since 2003 and is a proud graduate of the Breathe Yoga Studio’s 300 hr teacher training program (2012). She continually enjoys learning from other teachers and her students and often attends yoga workshops. She is also an avid runner as are many of her students so she thrives on finding new sequences or postures that will really help with getting into those juicy tight spots while also strengthening the muscles that will help support all forms of movement.
