Christine

Christine has been practicing yoga for 20 years and started her practice at the first ashtanga style studio in Toronto, where she also completed her Teacher Training. Christine specializes in Yoga for Runners and has produced 2 DVD’s, a 6 episode educational series and authored the book, Yoga for Runners. Her yoga philosophy is that you can be too flexible but not too strong. In addition to yoga she loves to spend time with her dog and travel to Italy!
