Amber is not your classic yogi! She likes to eat cheeseburgers and drink wine. She received her Yoga Teacher Training at Breathe Yoga Studio (300 hours) in 2013 and maintains a dedicated practice. Her aim is create light-hearted, fun and challenging classes that fuse creative vinyasa sequences with small boasts of cardio to get your heart rate going and leave you with an energized body and quiet mind.
