A more vigorous vinyasa class that gently develops strength and flexibility with the aid of internal heat produced by the breath and movement. Explore creative sequences while cultivating a meditative practice through breath focus. More challenging backbends, inversions and arm balances are introduced.
A dynamic and fluid class that incorporates advanced poses into the sequence. Exhilarating and fun, this class is designed for students who have been practicing yoga consistently for at least one year.
Moves through a flowing sequence of postures at a slower, mindful pace and winds down with a series of restorative postures that enable deep release and relaxation. Suitable for students of all levels.
This class includes a dynamic Yang (Flow Style) practice for strength, stability and flow. This is followed by a Yin practice, where poses held for longer periods of time, cultivating mindful awareness of the thoughts and sensations that arise.
