TOTAL BODY DYNAMICS

This class will take you through functional exercises with added resistance to improve overall muscle tone, core strength, balance and stability. Strength training is one of the best and most effective ways to help with toning, and to prevent and even reverse bone and muscle loss.
With enhanced body awareness and muscle endurance you’ll be able to enhance your yoga practice, perform everyday tasks and your other physical activities with greater ease.

STRETCH & STRENGTH

A yoga class focusing on stretching those areas that are typically tight (hips, hamstrings, quads) and strengthening areas that are needed for stability in our active lives.  There is a strong emphasis on alignment and injury prevention. Taught by Christine Felstead, Founder of Yoga for Runners and a leading authority on Yoga for Runners and Athletes.

OFF THE WALL STRENGTH TRAINING

Explore our Rope Wall and discover how you can strengthen, lengthen, tone, invert and enhance every other physical activity you do.  Similar to TRX training with greater attention to detail and alignment.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Functional strength will improve your yoga practice, reinforce and facilitate healthy movement patterns required in daily life.  On a revolving basis, this class will blend strength and flexibility work for load bearing joints (ie., shoulders, hips, knees) and teach muscles to be strong and long.   Suitable for any body wishing to gain strength, dealing with injury or simply wanting to move ‘outside the box’.

CORE DYNAMICS

An energizing and vigorous class combining the strengthening components of vinyasa yoga with other movement disciplines. This class mindfully explores strength and mobility from a functional movement perspective, combining yoga, pilates, and barre using circuits and body weight exercises to challenge muscular endurance, balance, and coordination.
