Yoga For Stiff Men 1


Continues the work developed in Stiff Men Intro, which is a recommended Pre-requisite for this class.  Other suitable pre-requisites are the 4 Week Yoga Basics class or attending at least 6-8 drop in yoga classes on our regular schedule.

Designed by Men, exclusively for Men, these classes focus on gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength and balance.

Professional and amateur athletes including hockey, soccer & football players,  golfers as well as and aging men make yoga a regular part of their fitness routine to maintain flexibility and to help with or prevent injuries.
