Restorative Yoga

You will experience a slow paced flow of postures linked sequentially by the breath.  This class will incorporate restorative postures which help enable your mind and body's nervous system to completely relax.  Take the opportunity to wind down and reconnect with your inner essence & strength.

You can expect any combination of longer held poses, slower moving sequences, restorative work, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
