Stretch + Strength for Runners+ Athletes

Yogananda 230 AdjustedA regular drop-in yoga class for the athletic body. The class will focus on body issues most common to runners, endurance athletes or those with active lifestyles. The class is taught by Christine Felstead, a former marathon runner and developer of the popular Yoga for Runners DVD and book, and Emma Followes, a graduate of Christine’s Teacher Training Program
