Unwind & Restore

Begins with a slow, gentle sequence of yoga postures moving to supported restorative poses, all accompanied by deep yogic breathing.  The class encourages quietude and meditation and is suitable for Students of All Levels, including tight, injured or older bodies.

 

End of Month 2 Hour Restorative (Pre-Reg)

This highly popular pre-registered class happens every last Friday of the month and is often accompanied by Massage Therapists and Live Music.  For  For Details and to Sign Up.
