Yoga Therapeutics

Classes include gentle movement, breathing practices, therapeutic props (therapy balls, foam rollers, rope wall) and guided meditation.  An excellent choice for those needing something gentle and effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.  Open to students of all levels and is a particularly effective practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness.
