Hot!

Some like it hot! Enjoy Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes under Breathe’s infrared heat panels, the closest available alternative to natural heat from the sun. This aids in gently heating up the body, detoxifying muscles and organs, and easing into long, deep stretching. Expect classes to be warmed up to an average of 100F.

Hot Flow

A slower paced class composed of mindful and methodically sequenced poses linked to the breath. This class is suitable for those beginning a Hot Yoga practice as well as seasoned practitioners.

Hot Yin

Yoga classes hold poses held longer to stretch muscles and strengthen cartilage, joint and fascia in a heated environment. Class moves at a slower, quieter pace allowing for a deeply relaxing and meditative experience

What to bring:

Please hydrate before coming to class and bring water and 2 towels (1 for sweating; 1 dry one for covering a bolster or rent them at reception.
